Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th in 1981) is an American actor. The actor began his career playing roles in television shows such as Opposite sex in 2000. After appearing in numerous teenage films, like Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he was renowned for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch. Evans made further appearances in film adaptations of comic books and graphic novels such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2010) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). Alongside his character in the role of Captain America and Steve Rogers Evans was recognized for his work in his appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) as well as Captain America: Civil War. The Marvel films helped him become one of the most highly paid Hollywood actors.
